These terms cover your use of this website and the services Reflow provides. By using the site or booking a demo, you agree to them. If you become a client, your written agreement with us sits alongside these terms, and where the two differ, the written agreement applies.

1. Who we are

Reflow ("we", "us") is a marketing and lead-response business based in Dublin, Ireland. You can reach us at hello@reflow.ie.

2. What we provide

We offer two services, which can be taken separately or together:

• Ads: setting up and running Facebook and Instagram ads, landing pages and lead forms, with lead tracking and reporting.
• The Growth System: automations that reply to enquiries, call leads back, offer booking times, send reminders, follow up with past customers and request reviews, set up and run by us on your behalf.

The exact scope for each client is confirmed in writing before work starts.

3. Free demo calls

Booking a demo is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Please give us notice if you can't make your booked time; you can reschedule or cancel from your calendar invite.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices on this site are per month, in euro. There is no setup fee.
• Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and is separate from our fees.
• Fees are billed monthly in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may change our prices for new clients at any time. For existing clients, we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect.

5. Month to month, and cancelling

Our services run month to month, with no long contract. Either side can end the service with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded unless we agree otherwise.

6. Our 30-day promise

If consistent, qualified enquiries aren't coming in within the first 30 days of your ads going live, we keep working at no extra cost until they are. This applies when ad budgets, offers and access agreed at the start are in place, and you respond to the enquiries and bookings we pass on. It doesn't guarantee a set number of bookings or a level of revenue, because results also depend on your market, prices and service.

7. What we need from you

• Access to the accounts we need to run the service (for example your Meta ad account, calendar and booking tools).
• Accurate information about your business, prices and availability.
• Making sure your use of the service is lawful, including having the right to contact the people whose enquiries we handle for you.

8. Your customers' data

When we handle enquiries for you, we process your customers' personal data on your behalf and only on your instructions. We put this in a data processing agreement with every client, as GDPR requires. How we handle personal data collected through this website is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Results and figures on this site

Industry figures on this site come from the published studies named under each one. The calculator and any estimates we show you are illustrations based on the numbers you enter, not a promise of what you'll earn.

10. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities, and our total liability to a client in any 12-month period is limited to the fees that client paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Using this website

The content, design and video on this site belong to Reflow. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
